Dessert, Pie, Cake, Ice Cream
3/4 fat free yogurt or low fat regular or greek yogurt
3/4 frozen berries or fruit of your choice which has been cut up in small pieces before freezing such as Rockmelon and bananas
2 envelops of splenda or other sweetener to taste
It delicious, low in calories and very refreshing
In Vitamin or Thermomix grind repeatedly until smooth, you may need to mix or seperate the lump once or twice
